THE STORY

Amelia Ray Events was established in September 2022 originally known as OT Events. mainly used as a p[atform to deliver freelance contracts. 5 months later, Olivia and Camilla, friends who met at university whilst studying their event management course in 2014, put their heads together to create Amelia Ray Events. A bespoke and boutique events  and venue management agency. 

Between ourselves we have been in the events industry for a combination of over 15 years and have past experiences as event managers working on events such as; award ceremonies, charity balls, outdoor events, food and drink festivals, gala dinners and weddings. We have learned an invaluable amount of knowledge along the way, built up a strong list of suppliers that we work with and continue to bring our clients vision to life.

Olivia's passion is working with our couples to create, plan and bring to life their ideas for their magical, bespoke weddings. Adding a personal touch and always being their to provide a professional expertise and guidance. Camilla enjoys working with our corporate clients to create themed and experiential award ceremonies, charity balls, gala dinners and more. Working with our supplier list of the best in the business, to bring an unforgettable event for our clients.

No event is too big or too small for Amelia Ray Events and no idea is too tame or too crazy. If you have an idea, we've got you covered! We'll take the stress away and manage the budget.
