THE STORY

Amelia Ray Events began in 2022, originally launched as OT Events to support freelance event work. Five months later, university friends Olivia and Camilla combined their experience and passion to create Amelia Ray Events — a bespoke, boutique event and venue management agency.

Together, we bring over 15 years of industry experience, having managed award ceremonies, charity balls, outdoor events, food and drink festivals, gala dinners and weddings. Along the way, we’ve built invaluable knowledge, strong supplier relationships and a commitment to bringing every client’s vision to life.

Olivia specialises in working with couples to create magical, bespoke weddings, offering personal guidance and professional expertise throughout the journey. Camilla leads our corporate events, crafting experiential award ceremonies, gala dinners and charity events with the support of our trusted supplier network.

At Amelia Ray Events, no event is too big or too small, and no idea is too bold. If you can imagine it, we can make it happen — and we’ll take the stress away while managing every detail, including the budget.
