❤ Recommendations on venues and suppliers in line with your requirements, eg photographers, cake makers, stylists, florists etc.

❤ Managing the relationship and communication with your venue and chosen suppliers

Our partial planning service is designed for all those couples that may have already starting there planning process but are feeling completely overwhelmed with managing the process, or do not have the time to arrange meetings, read through contracts or manage budgets; that’s where Amelia Ray Events can help!

On the Day Coordination
Our on the wedding coordination is practically designed for couples that need a helping hand to manage, coordinate and facilitate suppliers and make sure your day runs to schedule. Suitable for couples having an outdoor marque, tipi or garden wedding. We will be your main point of contact on the day for all suppliers and guests, allowing you to get ready in peace knowing the details of your day are in capable hands.
While our on the day coordination is bespoke and tailored to meet your needs. We will get involved in your wedding 12–8 weeks before. Our on the day offering includes:

❤ Venue visits
